Hourly rates
For smaller jobs charged by the hour rather than quoted as a project. One hour minimum. Waste removal included as standard.

Is the first consultation free?
Yes. We visit, look at the space and talk you through what is possible and roughly what it will cost.
Can you build from plans I already have?
Yes. We can work from your architect’s drawings, or arrange drawings and structural calculations for you.
Do you deal with building control?
Yes. We handle building control alongside you as part of the project.
Who does the decorating and clearing?
Our sister companies, Walkers Decorating and Walkers Waste. The whole job runs to one schedule with one point of contact.
How do the hourly rates work?
Smaller jobs are charged by the hour with a one hour minimum. Waste removal is included as standard.
Which areas do you cover?
Surrey, South London and West Sussex. We are based in Epsom.

Strip out, build, decorate, clear away
Each company has its own remit. On a full project they run to one schedule, so nothing waits on another trade turning up.
Anything structural. Extensions, loft and garage conversions, walls moved, kitchens and bathrooms fitted, bespoke carpentry.
Everything on the surface. Plastering, painting, wallpaper, spray finishing for kitchens and furniture, handyman work.
Clearing the site. Soft strip outs at the start, rubble and packaging through the build, a clear site at the end.
