Often not. Single storey rear extensions up to 4m (detached) or 3m (other houses) usually fall under permitted development. and Ewell Borough Council handles applications; we check your property and advise before any drawings are done.
How long does an extension take?
A single storey rear extension is typically 10 to 14 weeks on site. Double storey work runs 16 to 22 weeks. We give you a written programme before we start.
Who clears the site?
Walkers Waste, our own licensed carrier. Skips and clearances are included in the quote, not added on.
